Scope of Role:
To pro-actively promote designated Consumer Banking products and services and acquire new customers.
工作范畴：
主动推广指定的个人银行产品和服务及开发新客户。
Key Responsibilities/Challenges:
·To participate in sales promotions and activities to achieve/exceed defined sales targets.
·To conduct extensive and systematic Telemarketing call, if needed, and account management activities in promoting designated products and services.
·To ensure maximize cross sell opportunities.
·To provide quality, efficient before and after sales services.
·To prepare and consolidate accurate reports on sales activities.
·To comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures and in particular, report any suspicious activity to the Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and line manager.
主要职责：
·参与促销活动，完成或超额完成指定的销售目标;
·进行广泛和系统的促销活动，如电话营销。如果需要，对指定产品和服务进行营销;
·确保最大化的交叉销售机会;
·提供高质量、高效的售前和售后服务;
·编写和维护有关销售活动的准确报告;
·遵守所有相关的反洗钱程序，对于所有可疑事件，及时向部门反洗钱主管和直线经理汇报。
Selection Criteria:
·University Degree or above
·1yr above working experience
·Relevant experience in banking experience is preferred
·Strong personal integrity with zero disciplinary record in any previous job
·Good credit appraisal and marketing skills with the ability to interpret financial information
·Optimistic, willing to work under high pressure
·Quick learner
·Good communication and presentation skills
·Presentable, good personality with good business etiquette
