Venue: Room 303 & 304, teaching building of International Department (Mingde Buidling)
地点：国际部教学楼（明德楼）303、304教室
Programs on Open House Day are as follows:
开放日具体安排如下：
Morning上午：
9:00 a.m. - Formal presentation in Room 304. David gives a brief overview of
the inclusion of the Canada Qingdao Secondary School (CQSS) into Qingdao No. 9
High School; b. Yvan briefly introduces the school program; c. Ms. Zhu, teacher from
CQSS University Counseling Office will also deliver a speech.
中加班推介会将在304教室进行。届时将由国际部曲主任和加方校长Mr. Yvan Zebroff就九中中加班项目作重要介绍。中加班升学指导办公室朱老师也将就升学指导服务作简要说明。
9:40 a.m.-Formal Q & A. Yvan and David will answer questions one by one in front of all the participants.
正式问答环节。Yvan校长和曲主任将逐一回答家长们提出的问题。
10:00 a.m.-Visiting Parents and students can go to 11-1 to observe presentations about the studies and life in CQSS given by CQSS teachers and students; or stay in Room 304 to consult with relevant leaders and staff.
推介会结束。来访家长和同学们可到303教室参加课程体验活动。CQSS教师和学生将和大家分享CQSS的学习和生活。也可以留在304教室与中方领导和老师继续咨询。
10:10 a.m. – Start of CQSS presentations. 中加班课程体验活动开始。

11:15 a.m. –CQSS staff and students will answer questions from parents and students in Room 303 and 304. CQSS Art Room (103) is open to the guests during this period.
中加班领导、老师和学生将在303和304教室现场解答家长们的提问。在该时间段，我们的美术教室（明德楼103室）也对外开放，欢迎参观。
11:50 a.m.-End of Q&A. Break for lunch
问答环节结束。午饭时间。上午体验活动结束。
Afternoon:下午：
14:00 p.m. –Formal presentation in Room 304.
下午推介会开始。流程同上。
14:50 p.m. - End of formal presentations.
推介会结束。
15:00 p.m. –Start of CQSS presentations. 中加班课程体验活动开始。
16:00 p.m.- End of CQSS presentations. 中加班课程体验活动结束。
16:00 p.m. –Start of Q&A. CQSS staff and students will answer questions from parents. CQSS Art Room (103) is open to the guests during this period.
问答环节开始。中加班领导、老师和学生将在现场解答家长们的提问。在该时间段，我们的美术教室（明德楼103室）也对外开放，欢迎参观。
16:30 p.m.-End of Open House Day. 开放日活动结束。
PS：It is agreed that programs from morning and afternoon are basically the same. If you fail
to attend the formal presentation in 11-1 at 9:00, you are suggested to go to Room303 to talk
with CQSS teachers and students there and then participate in the second round of formal
presentation at 14:00.
备注：
中加班开放日上、下午的活动安排基本一致。如有家长在上午推介会开始时未能到
达304教室，可先去隔壁303室与那里的加方老师和学生进行交流，仍有机会参加下午的推介会。各位家长可根据自己的时间安排前来参加。
