（1）凝聚态物理、光电子学、材料、无机化学、半导体材料相关专业；
（2）对科研投入，科研思路开阔，综合素质良好，具有良好的英文沟通与写作能力；
（3）具有纳米光电子器件、光伏器件、石墨烯、二维晶体材料研究背景者优先；具有超净室与微纳加工研究背景者优先；
（4）在前期学习或工作过程中做出同行认可的成绩，具有海外学习或科研背景者优先。
（六）Mario Lanza课题组
1、招聘岗位：副教授/讲师。
Description:
The selected candidate will work on the fabrication and characterization of nanostructured devices using some large equipment, such as Atomic Layer Deposition, E-beam evaporation, Electron Beam Lithography, Atomic Force Microscope, Scanning Electron Spectroscopy, Transmission Electron Microscope, Auger Electron Spectroscopy, X-Ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy, Raman Spectroscopy, Scanning Tunneling Microscope, Probestation and Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer. An emphasis is placed on the design of electronic devices and other configurations with real applications in the industry. This position is ideal for somebody interested for working with an European scientist and gaining experience in writing grants, doing experiments and supervising students.
2、岗位具体要求：
1） Expertise in the fabrication of samples using Atomic Layer Deposition, E-beam evaporator, photolithography and/or Electron Beam Lithography. Not all are required but it will be valued.
2） Expertise in the characterization of samples using Atomic Force Microscope, Scanning Electron Spectroscopy, Transmission Electron Microscope, Auger Electron Spectroscopy, X-Ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy, Raman Spectroscopy and/or Scanning Tunneling Microscope. Not all are required but it will be valued.
3） Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
4） Willing to work with students
5） Willing to assist in translating proposals (English to Chinese)
