E
Many of us dream about getting a good job, but you can never predict for sure which questions you'll be asked in a job interview. However, some are so commonly asked that you should expect to hear them, and more importantly, spend time preparing your responses to them instead of leaving them to chance.
1. “Why are you leaving your current job?”
Interviewers ask this, because sometimes the question produces relevant information. They may learn if you were fired for poor performance, if you can't get along with your boss or if you are actually out of job. Most interviewers won't care too much about the details. Whatever answer you’d give, keep in mind that your answer needs to be truthful, and employers may check the facts.
2. “What salary range are you looking for?”
It’s essential to prepare an answer for this question ahead of time. You need to research the market rate. Employers who ask for your salary history want to figure out how much you should be earning now. One option is to respond with your salary expectations based on reality, for example, depending on benefits.
3. “Why do you think you are good at this job?”
To get an offer, you need to show not just that you’re qualified to do the job, but that you’d be good at it. That means you need to talk about "evidence" in your past that shows your success in each of the key qualifications(合格). Get well prepared for questions like “Give me an example of a challenge you faced and how you solved it.”
4. “What are your weaknesses?”
Interviewers ask this question because they want to make sure your weaknesses won't get in the way of you doing the job well. Be prepared to honestly discuss your weak spots. What have you struggled with in the past? What have managers encouraged you to do differently? This type of answer will help you have an honest dialogue with the employer to figure out if this role is the right fit for you.
72. By asking the first question, the interviewers intend to ______.
 A. get some related information about the interviewee
 B. judge what kind of person the interviewee actually is
 C. learn if the interviewee was fired by the boss
 D. confirm whether the interviewee is honest or not
73. To get a job offer, the interviewee needs to ______.
 A. be realistic and truthful
 B. demand a suitable sum of money
 C. give evidence of qualifications
 D. tell about how you’ll do the job properly
74. What is the best way to talk about your weaknesses in a job interview?
 A. Trying to avoid talking about your past.
 B. Honestly discussing your weaknesses.
 C. Talking about your plan to avoid them.
 D. Claiming they won’t affect the work.
75. Which of the following would be the best title for this passage?
 A. How to cope with interviews
 B. Job interviews and your careers
 C. What would you do in a job interview?
 D. Job interview questions and answering tips

四、One possible version
                          Possible version One
This Chinese quotation means to tell us that it is better for us to go traveling often than stay at home reading all the time.
I do agree. Travel is beneficial in many ways. To begin with, while traveling we can visit scenic spots in different places and enjoy the beautiful scenery we read of only in books before. In addition, when we travel, we experience something in person -- meeting people with different interests, exploring customs of different cultures and tasting various foods if we like. In this way, we can really understand how other people live. More importantly, not only does travel help us to gain knowledge, but also enables us to enjoy a good health, which we can not get from books.
All in all, travel does benefit us both mentally and physically.     (128词)
Possible version Two
This Chinese quotation means to tell us that it is better for us to go traveling often than stay at home reading all the time.
Compared with going for a travel, I prefer to spend my time reading. Firstly, books are good teachers to me, providing me with various knowledge and skills from someone who has experienced a lot. Reading saves me a lot of mistakes on my way of growth. Secondly, books are devoted friends for me, always keeping me company and never giving me away. Characters in books are all easy to make friends with for a shy boy like me. Finally, books are time machines, keeping me informed of what is going on around the world, what happened in the history and making me dream of future.
To sum up, reading makes my holiday quality time.     (131词
