A laboratory of Hematopoietic Stem Cell Development at the Guangzhou Institutes of Biomedicine and Health, Chinese Academy of Science (GIBH CAS) seeks qualified Research Associates with a PhD Degree to conduct studies on human hematopoietic stem cell development. The laboratory is dedicated to translation of the developmental stem cell biology into cell regeneration therapies. Individuals with an expertise in at least one of the following fields are welcome to apply:
1) cell biology and stem cell biology, cell and tissue culture manipulation, mouse and human embryonic stem cells and iPS cells;
2) hematology, flow cytometry and cell sorting, immunohistochemistry, fluorescent microscopy;
3) molecular cloning, nucleic acid hybridization, in situ hybridization, protein biochemistry and analysis;
4) mouse embryology and embryo manipulation, mouse blastocyst microinjection and chimera formation, human embryology.
